Tinyfoot Photography ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information necessary to provide our photography services. This includes:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Event details including date, venue, and location
  • The name of your child being baptised
  • Payment information processed securely through our payment provider
  • Photographs and videos taken during your event
  • Communications between us including enquiry form submissions and emails

2. Photographs of Children

We take the privacy and safety of children extremely seriously.

We will only publish photographs of children on our website, social media, or any other public platform where we have received explicit written consent from a parent or guardian prior to publication.

We will never publish photographs of naked or semi-clothed children under any circumstances.

You may withdraw consent for us to publish photographs of your child at any time by contacting us in writing at hello@tinyfoot.com.au. We will remove any published images within a reasonable timeframe upon receiving your request.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide and administer our photography services
  • Communicate with you about your booking
  • Deliver your photographs via our online gallery platform
  • Process payments
  • Promote our services where you have consented to this use
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Image Storage and Hosting

Your photographs are stored securely using Cloudinary, a cloud-based media management platform. Cloudinary stores data on servers that may be located outside Australia. By using our services you consent to your images being stored on these platforms.

We retain your images for a period of 12 months following delivery of your gallery. After this period images may be deleted from our working storage, though we may retain selected images indefinitely for portfolio purposes where you have consented to this.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who assist us in operating our business, including gallery delivery platforms and payment processors
  • Law enforcement or government agencies where required by law

6. Website Data

Our website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit our website, standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This information is used for security and performance monitoring and is not used to identify individual visitors.

We do not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.

7. Your Rights

Under Australian privacy law you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information subject to our legal obligations
  • Withdraw consent for the use of your images at any time
  • Make a complaint about how we handle your personal information
